Part farm, part laboratory and part research centre, all embedded in the heart of an existing community. The Biospheric Project will help to put Greater Manchester at the forefront of this vital area of international research and activity, and will continue to flourish beyond 2013. –
In Autumn of 2012, Jayne Seddon, Mel Alexandrou and Beth Cassidy were asked to participate in a research residency at the BF, to engage with the local community and make work in response to the natural ecology in the woodland outside the building.
